roll & restore recovery workshop

Offered 1x a month on Saturdays at 10:30 am.

Give your muscles and joints some love with this active recovery workshop. Using active and passive stretching techniques, foam rollers and other props, you’ll work out muscle tension, which helps prevent injury and will make your workouts more effective. Plus, you’ll learn stretching and rolling skills that you can do at home!


Did you know we host private events? Book a healthy party for your friends or employees with a private class. Choose from any of our class formats. What better way to celebrate teamwork and friendship than in a way that challenges and motivates each other?
