Overnight oats



·      1 cup rolled oats

·      1 ¼ - 1 ½ almond milk (or plant milk of choice)

·      1 Tbsp organic pure maple syrup

·      1 Tbsp chia seeds (if omitting, adjust the liquid to oats ratio 1:1)

·      Dash of sea salt

·      Toppings: choose from nut butter, nuts, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, berries, cocoa nibs, coconut flakes



1.     Add all ingredients to a Mason jar or container with a lid.

2.     Stir or shake to combine, and refrigerate overnight. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
