The Ascend Underground Intro Series is here!
Ascend Base is a 4-week intro to Underground series, designed to boost confidence and build knowledge in order to set you up for success in strength and interval training. The class is limited to only 8 participants in order to give each person individualized attention and guidance.
This is the perfect kick-off to your Underground experience, if you’ve been interested in trying our strength training and interval classes but feel intimidated, or want to learn proper form in a small group format.
The first-time 4-week Ascend Base Intro Series will start September 29th at 8 AM with Coach Reagan.
While you workout, you’ll learn:
· What it means to train in Ascend’s strength and peak zones and why they both provide value to a well-rounded fitness routine.
· Proper form for key strength movements and how to safely progress them as you increase your fitness.
· How to use specialized equipment, such as kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes and more.
· Appropriate modifications at the start of class and throughout the workout to ensure proper form is maintained.
The Base Intro Series will be held at 8:00 AM on the following Saturdays*:
Week 1, 9/29: Introduction to Strength Training – Lower Body
Week 2, 10/6: Introduction to Strength Training – Upper Body
Week 3, 10/13: Introduction to Peak Training
Week 4, 10/20: Ascend Elevate = Strength + Peak

Ascend Underground is Ascend Cycle’s strength and interval training studio. Our classes in Ascend Underground are designed to complement our rides with an effective and safe program designed to build strength, increase muscular endurance, tone the body, and prevent injury.
