The Workout:

Complete 3-4 Rounds of 30 seconds of the following exercises:

  • Jack Squats
  • Push Ups
  • Jumping Lunges
  • Plank Shoulder Taps
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Burpee with Push Up

Break for up to 30 seconds, then repeat the circuit for another 3-4 rounds.
