Makes two servings
 

Ingredients:

1/2 banana, frozen

1 1/2 cups blueberries, frozen

1 1/2 cup almond milk (or other nondairy milk)

2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped

1 cup kale, leaves only, tightly packed

1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground

 

Directions:

Wash and prep all ingredients. Blend and serve.
