Banana "Ice Cream"
2-4 Bananas, already frozen
Full Fat Coconut Milk (From the Can)
Additional Options and Add-On's:
Cocoa or Cacao Powder
Mini Chocolate Chips or Shaved Chocolate
1. Place approximately 1 1/2 - 2 frozen bananas per person into a food processor. We used my Vitamix.
2. Turn on the blender and gradually add a small amount of coconut milk while blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Yesterday, we only needed to add about 1-2 TBSP of coconut milk for 4 frozen bananas, so pour slowly!
3. Add your desired additions or toppings! For chocolate "ice cream" add about a spoonful of cocoa or cacao powder. Enjoy!
